Microcrystalline Cellulose is a fine, white, odorless, tasteless crystalline powder, which is insoluble in water, organic solvents, and dilute acids, but partially soluble in dilute alkali. The ACCEL Microcrystalline Cellulose (ACCEL-MCC) manufactured by us is partially depolymerized cellulose prepared by acid hydrolysis of purified wood cellulose, which meets specifications such as USP-NF, BP, Ph. Eur., JP, IP. It is designed primarily for pharmaceutical solid dosage formulations, suitable for tableting operations, and made available in high quality fiber drum, paper bag, HDPE bag. ACCEL Microcrystalline Cellulose's main advantage lies in the direct compression of tablets. We currently have an installed capacity of manufacturing 1200MT of Microcrystalline Cellulose per annum and are planning to expand our capacity in near future.

The raw material required for our product range is inspected and tested prior to each consignment, and released for production only after its approval by Quality Control Department. This procedure along with the finished material is strictly controlled under FIFO method. The manufacturing process observed at our unit is designed and operated in accordance with IPEC/GMP guidelines for bulk pharmaceutical excipients. It includes in-house Research and Development as well as Quality Control Department, well equipped for analysis of Pharma APIs and excipients, along with chemical, physical and microbiological analysis laboratories for sophisticated testing measures. Standard analysis, operating, hygiene and cleaning, calibration procedures and quality plans, training programs; form integral parts of our Quality Control Department.
